End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of Billster (the “Software”), proprietary enterprise software owned and operated by Three Point Turn, Inc. (“Three Point Turn”). By accessing or using the Software, the authorized user (“you”) agrees to this Agreement.

1. License grant

Subject to this Agreement, Three Point Turn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Software solely for Three Point Turn’s internal business and authorized enterprise purposes. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. Restrictions

• No resale, sublicensing, redistribution, or commercial offering of the Software to third parties.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or derivation of source code except as permitted by law.
• No use outside the scope authorized by Three Point Turn, and no circumvention of access controls.

3. Ownership

Three Point Turn retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.

4. Third-party services

The Software integrates with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s APIs. Your use of those services is subject to the applicable third-party terms, and Three Point Turn is not responsible for third-party services. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Point Turn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from or related to use of the Software.

7. Term & termination

This Agreement applies while you are authorized to use the Software. Three Point Turn may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
