Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 31, 2026
Billster (the “Application”) is a proprietary enterprise financial-operations platform operated by Three Point Turn, Inc. (“Three Point Turn,” “we,” “us”). The Application is used internally to manage billing, payments, reconciliation, and financial reporting. This policy explains what data the Application accesses, how it is used, how it is protected, and how it can be removed — including data obtained through integrations with accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online.
1. Scope
The Application is not a consumer service and is not offered for public sale or sign-up. It is provisioned for authorized Three Point Turn personnel and for the company’s own accounting records. This policy applies to data processed by the Application.
2. Information we access
When an authorized administrator connects an accounting system, the Application accesses business accounting records necessary to perform its functions, which may include: chart of accounts, customers and vendors, invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, bank and transaction records, and company profile information. From QuickBooks Online, this access is obtained through Intuit’s authorized APIs using OAuth 2.0, limited to the company file(s) explicitly authorized and to the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope. We do not request or collect end-customer payment card data or consumer financial-account credentials.
3. How we use information
Accessed data is used solely to provide the Application’s functions for Three Point Turn — invoicing, payment and commission processing, revenue recognition, reconciliation, and management reporting. We do not sell, rent, or trade data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Storage & security
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in access-controlled systems.
- Authorization tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to unauthorized users.
- Access follows least-privilege principles and is limited to authorized personnel and processes.
5. Data retention & deletion
Data is retained while an accounting connection is active and as needed for the company’s legitimate financial-records and legal-compliance purposes. When a connection is disconnected, the Application ceases accessing the source system and the associated authorization tokens are revoked. To request deletion of data held by the Application, contact us using the details below.
6. Intuit / QuickBooks Online
Our access to and use of QuickBooks Online data complies with Intuit’s developer and API terms. Access is granted by the QuickBooks account owner via Intuit’s authorization screens and may be revoked at any time, either within the Application or from the Intuit account (Apps → Disconnect). See Disconnect.
7. Your choices
Authorized administrators may connect or disconnect accounting systems at any time. See Connect and Disconnect.
